We introduce new routines each week to keep your muscles guessing. These dynamic movement based classes will enhance your mobility, flexibility, and overall strength.
Relaxation and healing based yoga for mind, body and soul. Deep breathing soothes the nervous system for a healing recuperative experience. Foam rolling, mobility and deep stretches help the body recover and return to balance. This class incorporates very relaxing music and aromatherapy to bring peace and calmness to the mind.
An active yoga practiced designed with a series of breath synchronized movements that create one continuous flow. Moving from one yoga pose to the next, this practice is like a fluid dance accompanied by music. It will reset your body's natural rhythm and create freedom in the body.
HOT POWER VINYASA
This practice begins with strength and mobility movements to activate all muscle groups; upper body, lower body and core. The second half of the practice is an advanced vinyasa flow series linking the breath to movement, creating one continuous flow. This yoga practice challenges you and changes you. The heated room plus the heat generated by the series, detoxifies the entire body.
This practice combines muscle sculpting and core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. Infrared heat, light weights and cardio will sculpt every inch of your body.
A complete and total workout that blends yoga, cardio and strength training. Class is divided into sections: cardio, upper body, lower body and core. You will transition from each circuit with several Vinyasa.
30 minutes of cardio followed by 10 minute arms, 10 minute legs +glutes, 10 minute abs. Exercises focus on isometric strength, combined with high reps of small range movements. This class incorporates light weights to target smaller muscles that normally stay dormant with traditional cardio and heavy weights.
An acronym for "Moms In Love with Fitness Workout Of the Day" - A warm welcoming environment where moms bring their babies (newborn- 4 yrs) to the studio for a workout. This interval style class offers the benefits of small group training. It's fun and filled with exercises for all levels of ability. The children play right next to mom while she works out. Great for socialization and setting a healthy example for the next generation. Bring toys, snacks to keep your child entertained for the hour.
High intensity interval training including elements of shadowing boxing, speed bag, heavy bag and focus mits. This workout empowers, alleviates stress and prepares you for the ring.
Multiple rounds of vigorous exercises using a variety of equipment, 1 min on 20 sec rest will spike your heart rate, build strength, generate power and melt unwanted inches. This class calls in a variety of equipment; TRX, battle ropes, kettlebells, free wights etc.
