They are happy to meet with you before class to answer questions or offer modifications for your workout. They inspire and motivate students to reach peak performance and never plateau. Katherine's trademarked method of yoga includes meditation, breathing techniques, inventive sequences and advanced adjustments. She can challenge the most experienced yogis with her extensive knowledge of yoga asana, hybrid classes and fluid yoga like movements. She received her BA and became a RYT, traveling internationally training US Navy and Naval Special Warfare. She is the director of 501c3 non profit org OMM, providing yoga for military and families. Then founded The Studio On Palm to provide space for people to explore their potential and thrive in a healthy community.
Lili, a San Diego native since 2012, has been practicing massage for over 9 years. She specializes in sports massage, deep tissue, and customizes treatments to meet individual needs. She is friendly and loves meeting new people in her community. She is passionate about her work and believes it is her calling in life. She loves seeing people return for regular care. Ashley is a military wife who made the move to Imperial Beach in February of 2017. She is a passionate sculpt teacher who loves to motivate her students by helping them get a fun, full body workout with an emphasis on self-love and compassion. She received a BA in English with a minor in Journalism at the University of Central Florida. Her love for yoga, surfing, health, and family is evident in her daily life. Ashley received her sculpt certification at Corepower Yoga in Mission Valley. Her classes offer an intense blend of cardio, weight training, and a lot of core work!
Zoë received her BA in dance with emphasis in ballet. She is a RYT and Aerial-RYT. Zoë’s yoga classes are a blend of the cardiovascular aspects of vinyasa, the strength and patience building aspects of hatha, and the fluidity of dance. She’s passionate about each student feeling safe and comfortable. She inspires students to explore the edge of the comfort zone - where the real transformation happens. Whether in a group class, or a private lesson, Zoë wants each participant to walk away feeling confident and at home in the body.
Natalia is an accomplished choreographer, professional dancer, and fitness instructor originally from Ukraine. She received her degrees from Universities in Ukraine and Russia as a Ballet Master and Choreographer. For 10 years her career as a professional dancer allowed her to showcase her talent in places around the world such as Morocco, Greece, Cyprus, Turkey and Japan. After the birth of her daughter in 2007, Natalia focused her career and passion for fitness into Body Ballet, Pilates and Dance Fitness in Ukraine. She came to San Diego to visit her sister and fell in love with America's finest city and remains excited to share her enthusiasm for Dance and Fitness with San Diego.
Anne received her BA degree in Marketing. She brings experience from Chicago and Los Angeles, marketing corporate and non profit businesses. She’s passionate about small business start ups, brand identity, social media strategy, sales and relationship building. Her passion for health, nutrition and fitness lead her on a conscious path; attending workshops, retreats and a TRX certification course. She is honored to support The Studio On Palm as the studio manager and looks forward to the future as Imperial Beach continues to grow.
Shannon received her BA in Biology and is a certified Aerial Yoga Instructor. Her classes are a dynamic mix of stretching, strength building, and exciting flips and tricks. She believes that anyone can benefit from an Aerial Yoga practice because it will challenge a person to soar to new heights that they never thought possible. She makes each participant feel welcome, answers all questions they may have and they leave feeling more confident and accomplished. She adores sharing this practice with both kids and adults in hope they fall in love with Aerial too.
